Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for TELANGANA SOGUS 2026.

General Terms

By registering for TELANGANA SOGUS 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The organizing committee reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The conference schedule, scientific program, faculty, and venue are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Registration & Payments

  • All registration tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable GST and online payment gateway processing fees will be added at checkout.
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon successful clearance and full realization of the payment.
  • For PG Students / Trainees / Residents, an official bonafide certificate or HOD recommendation letter is mandatory. Failure to upload/provide valid credentials will require payment of full non-member delegate rates.
  • Offline payments (NEFT/UPI/Bank Transfer) must include a clear UTR/Transaction reference number and deposit receipt upload. Confirmation remains pending until bank verification.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to the organizing committee. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

  • Up to 31st July 2026: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • 1st August to 15th September 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • From 16th September 2026 onwards: No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 30-45 working days following the completion of the conference.
  • Bank gateway charges, taxes, and handling fees are strictly non-refundable.

Liability Disclaimer

The organizing committee of TELANGANA SOGUS 2026, Society of Genitourinary Surgeons, and appointed event management partners accept no liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property belonging to registered delegates or accompanying persons during the event.

Delegates are strongly advised to secure their own personal health, travel, and personal property insurance prior to attending the conference.
